Song by Watts is a brand operated by ITS Watts, LLC. Every project is shaped by human creative direction and the customer’s personal brief. Depending on the project and package, we may use generative AI and other digital production tools to create or enhance portions of the music, vocals, lyrics, imagery, video, or production.

What this means

AI tools may help generate or transform creative elements, but we direct, review, select, arrange, edit, and prepare the finished work before delivery. The amount and type of AI assistance can vary from project to project.

Customer information

Information from a creative brief may be entered into tools used to produce the order. Customers should not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the project. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Rights and exclusivity

Laws governing AI-assisted work continue to develop. Copyright protection, copyright registration, and exclusivity may vary, particularly for elements generated primarily by AI. We do not promise that every element is eligible for copyright protection or exclusive to a customer unless expressly stated in a signed agreement. Usage rights for delivered work are described in our Terms of Service and any applicable commercial license.
