This Privacy Policy explains how ITS Watts, LLC, operating the Song by Watts brand (“Song by Watts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, submit a creative brief, purchase a service, receive a private listening page, or otherwise communicate with us. ITS Watts, LLC is the business responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, recipient name, occasion, requested genre, voice and mood preferences, personal messages, stories, desired delivery date, package and add-on selections, and other information you include in a creative brief. We also store order status, transaction references, correspondence and delivery records.

If you or an administrator supplies photographs, video, audio, lyrics, artwork, or other media for a project, we process and store those files to create and deliver the order.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and related order information, but we do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

2. How we use information

We use information to review creative briefs; create, revise, administer, and deliver songs, films, artwork, and listening pages; process payments; send order, payment, approval, and delivery messages; provide customer support; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain business records; comply with law; and improve our services.

3. Creative tools and AI

Depending on the project, we may use generative AI and other digital production tools to create or enhance portions of music, vocals, lyrics, imagery, video, or production. Information from your creative brief may be entered into tools used for your project. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the creative work. We do not authorize service providers to use customer content for their own unrelated marketing.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help operate our business, including Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare/OpenAI Sites infrastructure for hosting, databases, file storage, authentication, and site delivery. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, contractors working on an order, or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use customer information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Private listening pages and sharing

Listening pages are available through unique links and are not intended for public indexing. Anyone who receives a link may be able to access the page and, when included with the package, download the delivered media. Customers are responsible for sharing links only with intended recipients. No internet transmission or access control is completely secure.

6. Retention

We retain order records, creative briefs, payment references, correspondence, and delivered media for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the order, maintain the listening experience, meet accounting and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type. You may request deletion, but we may retain information required for legal, security, tax, payment, or recordkeeping purposes.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what information we collect, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, or appeal a decision. We will verify requests as required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not place orders or submit personal information. Adults submitting information about a child must have authority to do so and should avoid unnecessary sensitive details.

9. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate.

10. Changes and contact
